- Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and legal compliance of documentation
- Facilitate signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer facing roles
- UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Role Overview
- As a Property Consultant at fäm Properties, you will guide clients through buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties in Dubai.
Day to Day Activities
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Stay up to date with market trends to provide accurate, data driven advice
- Match clients with suitable properties and organize property viewings
- Create and manage listings for rental and sales properties
- Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements and sales contracts
- Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and legal compliance of all required documentation
- Facilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer facing roles (real estate experience is a plus, but not required)
- UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)
- Professional appearance and client focused attitude
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Strong interest in building a career in Dubai’s real estate market
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Confident, proactive, and driven by performance and targets
