About the Role

- Manage and follow up on investor and client NOC requests with management
- Maintain positive and proactive communication with investors, providing timely updates and accurate information
- Support the BDM with client research, meeting scheduling, and preparation of presentations or reports
- Coordinate with suppliers, track approvals, and ensure accurate documentation of communications
- Maintain proper filing and database of all client and supplier interactions
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development team as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 2 4 years of experience in business development, coordination, or client relations (real estate or development sector preferred)
- Understanding of property development processes, client management, and NOC coordination procedures
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
- Fluency in Tagalog

Role Purpose

Qualifications & Experience

- Knowledge: Understanding of property development processes, client management, and NOC coordination procedures.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
