Responsibilities
- Analyze financial information and prepare balance sheets
- Collaborate with management to develop budgets
- Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and regulations
- Resolve accounts payable and receivable issues
- Perform daily reconciliations of cash, check, and credit card transactions
- Adhere to GAAP for financial statements
- Assist in financial audits, tax preparation, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare income tax returns and corporate reports
- Generate monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss, and balance sheets
- Execute end of month closing procedures
- Forecast cash flow and manage payment schedules
- File monthly VAT returns and ensure tax compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) certificate is advantageous
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and autonomously
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in math
- Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail

- Adhere to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements.
- Assist in financial audits, tax preparation, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare income tax returns and fulfill corporate reporting requirements.
- Generate monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss, and balance sheets.
- Execute end of month closing procedures.
- Forecast cash flow and manage supplier and client payment schedules.
- Take full responsibility for fit out, construction, and development projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related (essential).
- Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) certificate (advantageous).
- Exceptional problem solving skills, work effectively under pressure, and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in math are essential, along with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
