Role Description

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain client relationships.
  • Source and promote property listings.
  • Conduct property viewings.
  • Negotiate deals.
  • Stay updated on market trends to provide clients with expert advice and insights.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in off plan properties.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Real Estate in Dubai.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market.
  • Self motivated and results driven attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
