The

  • Personal Secretary to the CEO
  • serves as the primary point of contact and organizational lead for the Chief Executive.
  • This role is designed for a high-energy professional who can manage the CEO’s daily operations while actively driving business through client engagement.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • **Operational Management:**
  • Organizing the CEO’s daily schedule, coordinating high-level meetings, and ensuring maximum productivity.
  • **Client Relations:**
  • Making outbound calls to clients and maintaining consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and close deals.
  • **Property Marketing:**
  • Managing and optimizing property listings on major portals to ensure maximum visibility for the firm’s portfolio.
  • **Administrative Support:**
  • Handling professional correspondence, preparing essential documentation, and managing data with total discretion.

Candidate Qualifications

  • We are looking for a candidate who is deeply familiar with the Dubai property landscape.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools used in the real estate industry.
  • **Organization:**
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • **Education:**
  • A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
