Who We’re Looking For

  • **Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai is required**
  • **RERA Card holders are highly preferred**
  • **Ambitious and target-driven professionals** focused on high earnings

  • **Resilient, confident, and performance-oriented** individuals
  • Ability to thrive in a **fast-paced, commission-based environment**

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and secure **new property listings** for sale and leasing
  • Manage and maintain an active **portfolio of 15–20 listings monthly**
  • **Build strong, lasting relationships with property owners and clients**
  • **Actively promote listings using all company tools and marketing channels**
  • **Ensure daily CRM updates** for leads and property data
  • Consistently achieve **monthly KPIs and sales targets**
  • **Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations**
  • **Maintain the highest level of professionalism and brand representation**
  • **Be flexible and committed to working beyond standard hours when required**
