ANWA Properties is a growing international real estate firm with offices in **Dubai and London**, specializing in luxury properties and high-performing sales teams.
We are looking for a **detail-oriented and proactive Listing Administrator**to support our fast-paced brokerage operations.
Role Overview
The Listing Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining property listings across all platforms, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates.
This role is critical in supporting the sales team and ensuring all listings are market-ready and professionally presented.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and uploading property listings on portals such as **Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle**
- Ensuring all listings are accurate, complete, and aligned with company standards
- Coordinating with agents to collect property details, photos, and required documentation
- Editing and formatting listing descriptions to ensure high-quality presentation
- Monitoring listing performance and ensuring timely updates, renewals, and removals
- Maintaining organized records of listings, agreements, and property documents
- Coordinating with marketing for featured listings, promotions, and campaigns
- Ensuring compliance with Dubai real estate regulations and listing guidelines
- Handling CRM updates and maintaining accurate data within the system (e.g., Bitrix24)
- Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks related to listings and sales operations
Requirements
- Minimum **1 year experience in a real estate brokerage** (Dubai market preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE property portals (**Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle**)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with **Trakheesi permits and listing compliance**
- Familiarity with Dubai Land Department (DLD) processes
- Basic understanding of real estate marketing and content
