About the Role

Responsibilities
- Handle leasing inquiries and conduct property viewings
- Advertise properties on property portals and social media platforms
- Assist in closing leasing transactions and preparing tenancy contracts
- Conduct property inspections and prepare inspection reports
- Coordinate tenant move ins and move outs, including property handovers
- Assist with rental valuations and market research
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with contractors
- Liaise with third party service providers
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
- Assist with management of holiday homes and residential properties
- Ensure all property information, tenancy records, and CRM systems are updated accurately
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high professional standards
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Leasing, Property Management, Holiday Homes, or related real estate role
- Valid UAE driving license
- Must own a car
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate procedures is an advantage
- Experience with property portals and CRM systems is preferred

- We are looking for a motivated and energetic Leasing & Property Management Executive to join our team and support our expanding portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle leasing inquiries and conduct property viewings.
