Requirements
- Experience in real estate (secondary market preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target driven and self motivated personality
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage
- UAE driving license preferred
- RERA certification is a plus or willingness to obtain

About the Role
- We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Secondary Market Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.
- This role focuses on property listings, conducting property tours, and handling sales & leasing (resale and rental) transactions within the secondary market.
- This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want a stable salary combined with high earning potential through commission.
Key Responsibilities
- Property Listing (Secondary Market): Source and secure new property listings (sale & rental); Build strong relationships with landlords and property owners; Maintain updated property inventory in assigned areas.
- Property Tours & Client Viewings: Conduct professional property tours and area viewings; Present properties in a confident and professional manner; Advise clients on market value and investment opportunities.
- Sales & Leasing (Resale & Rentals): Manage end to end sales and leasing transactions; Negotiate between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants; Ensure smooth deal closure and client satisfaction.
- Market Development: Build strong knowledge of Dubai communities and market trends; Identify high demand areas and investment opportunities; Support pricing and market analysis.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, calls, referrals, and portals; Promote company listings across platforms; Build long term client relationships.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate (secondary market preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target driven and self motivated personality
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage
- UAE driving license preferred
- RERA certification is a plus or willingness to obtain
