Second Cook, Flower & Wolf (Full-Time, Contract)

Minimum 2 years culinary experience in a hotel, restaurant, or similar fast-paced kitchen environment.

Working towards Journeyperson/Red Seal certification or international equivalent considered an asset.

Food Handler certification required.

Culinary diploma or certification considered an asset.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency.

Highly responsible, reliable, and organized with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Ability to remain calm, professional, and guest-focused during busy service period.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods throughout food preparation and service.

Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment.

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and split shifts as required.
