• $71,000-$73,000 gross annually, based on previous experience & education

Job Duties Include

• Reporting to the Chef de Cuisine or Senior Chefs, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Provide professional and proactive guest service while supporting colleagues, conducting shift briefings, and maintaining open communication with venue managers.
• Ensure consistency in food preparation, follow hotel recipes and standards, and enhance food products through menu development and presentation.
• Balance operational, administrative, and staffing needs, including scheduling, coaching, and mentoring culinary colleagues.
• Manage inventory and ordering through Birchstreet, maintain proper food levels, and oversee labor productivity.
• Handle disciplinary actions, assign daily workloads, and perform other duties as assigned.
