Role Overview
The Bellman delivers exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, escorting guests to rooms, and providing information about hotel facilities and services.
The role supports smooth and welcoming arrival and departure experiences as part of the Front Office team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Assist with luggage transportation and storage.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel amenities.
- Provide information about hotel services, dining outlets, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge, and Valet teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
- Handle guest belongings safely and securely at all times.
