The opportunity
BlueTuskr is seeking a Search Advertising Specialist to execute paid search campaigns across a portfolio of e-commerce clients.
The role reports to the SEM Lead, who sets strategy and direction, while the specialist owns day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, and reporting.
The position offers mentorship and increasing account ownership for someone building depth in paid search.
What you will own
- Build, launch, and manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns according to strategy.
- Manage bids, budget pacing, keywords, negative keywords, ad copy testing, and audiences.
- Execute testing frameworks and report results to the SEM Lead.
- Flag account issues, anomalies, and underperformance before they become client problems.
- Maintain performance reporting and monitor ROAS, CPA, and spend pacing daily.
- Prepare data and insights for client calls and QBRs.
- Keep account documentation and change logs current and organized.
- Collaborate with the SEM Lead, Paid Social, Accounts, and Project Management teams.
- Bring platform updates, new features, and ideas to the SEM Lead.
- Take on increasing account ownership as skills and track record grow.
