Responsibilities
- Drive business growth across assigned South East Asian markets through distributor management, business development, market expansion, and execution excellence.
- Own sales, profitability, and market share delivery while building strong and sustainable distributor partnerships across the region.
- Manage business development, distributor management, sales & commercial management, market development, trade marketing execution, financial management, and cross functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 8 15 years of experience in FMCG sales and commercial experience across international markets
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing or International Business mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Proven success in distributor management and market expansion
- Sound understanding of sales planning, forecasting, trade terms, and go to market execution
- Ability to manage P&L, receivables, and promotional investments
- Strong cross functional collaboration and stakeholder management capability
- Willingness to travel extensively across international markets
- Must have worked in any of these markets: Thailand, China, Vietnam or Philippines
