Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Country Manager - Saudi Arabia with one of our leading FMCG Clients.

Fmcg (Personal Care & Home Care)

We are looking for a seasoned business leader to drive market expansion, category growth, and revenue across Saudi Arabia.

This is a high-impact role requiring a strong builder mindset with end-to-end ownership of business performance.

This will be a strategic growth role as our client is expanding aggressively in the Saudi market and is looking for someone who can work effectively within a lean and entrepreneurial structure.

Business & Growth Leadership

  • Drive overall sales, distribution, and market penetration across Saudi Arabia
  • Own and manage full P&L responsibility
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies
  • Build and scale the business across key regions and channels

Channel Management (MT, GT, Wholesale & E-commerce)

  • Lead Modern Trade, General Trade, Wholesale, and E-commerce channels
  • Manage key retail accounts and distributor relationships
  • Drive joint business planning, commercial negotiations, and execution excellence
  • Strengthen distribution and retail presence across the Kingdom

E-Commerce & Digital Growth

  • Manage online marketplaces including Amazon.sa, Noon, and Quick Commerce platforms
  • Partner with digital marketing teams for performance campaigns and visibility
  • Optimize assortment, pricing, and online growth strategies

Distribution & Execution

  • Expand distribution reach across key cities and emerging markets
  • Strengthen merchandising, visibility, and in-store execution
  • Drive outlet-level performance and sales productivity

Product Portfolio

  • Personal Care
  • Home Care
  • Sexual Wellness

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 15+ years of experience in FMCG Sales / Business Development
  • Strong exposure to Modern Trade, General Trade, Wholesale & E-commerce
  • Proven track record in driving growth and distribution expansion
  • Experience managing distributor-led business models in GCC/Saudi Arabia
  • Strong commercial acumen (P&L, pricing, margins, ROI)
  • Hands-on experience with online marketplaces and modern retail channels
  • Prior experience in Personal Care / Home Care categories preferred
