About the Role
ADFAR Tech is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement in software delivery. The role requires 8+ years of Scrum Master experience, CSM certification, and proficiency with Agile tools like Jira.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives) with consistency and purpose
- Shield the team from blockers and escalate impediments that can't be resolved at team level
- Track and report team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery health metrics
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum best practices
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, well groomed backlog
- Support dependency management across multiple teams where needed
- Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to SDLC maturity improvements and delivery governance initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands on Scrum Master experience in software delivery environments
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe is a plus)
- CSM or equivalent certification required; A CSM or PMI ACP is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to manage cross functional teams and handle stakeholder communication
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)
- Comfortable working in both onsite and hybrid/offshore delivery models
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Experience working with User Stories, including writing, refining, and prioritizing them
- Understanding of Software Development processes and Agile methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred
