About the Role
A client of YALLO Retail is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives in the Retail domain. The role requires strong agile delivery skills, experience with SAFe, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
- Remove impediments and proactively manage delivery risks and dependencies
- Support end to end delivery of digital initiatives across web, mobile applications, and customer facing platforms
- Coordinate sprint execution and release activities across multiple teams
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness and prioritization
- Track and communicate delivery progress, sprint metrics, risks, and dependencies
- Operate effectively within a SAFe Agile framework and support Program Increment (PI) execution
- Act as primary Agile delivery facilitator between business stakeholders and technology teams
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong experience within the Retail industry
- Proven experience delivering digital transformation initiatives
- Hands on experience managing Agile delivery across web and mobile platforms
- SAFe Certification (SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent)
- Strong expertise in Jira and Agile reporting dashboards
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.

- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
- Support end to end delivery of digital initiatives across web, mobile applications, and customer facing platforms.
- Coordinate sprint execution and release activities across multiple teams.
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness and prioritization.
- Track and communicate delivery progress, sprint metrics, risks, and dependencies.
- Operate effectively within a SAFe Agile framework and support Program Increment (PI) execution and alignment activities.
- Collaborate with Release Train Engineers, Product Management, Architects, and Delivery Leads.
- Contribute to planning, dependency management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as the primary Agile delivery facilitator between business stakeholders and technology teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
- Strong experience within the Retail industry.
- Proven experience delivering digital transformation initiatives.
- Hands on experience managing Agile delivery across web and mobile application platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and delivery best practices.
- SAFe Certification (SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent).
- Strong expertise in Jira and Agile reporting dashboards.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, and delivery impediments across multiple teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- SAFe Certification (Mandatory).
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
