About the Role

- Facilitate all Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews/demos, and retrospectives
- Coach and mentor AEM development teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage, prioritize, and refine AEM specific product backlogs (including components, templates, workflows, and integrations)
- Proactively identify, track, and resolve impediments to ensure uninterrupted team progress
- Monitor and report on Agile delivery metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, capacity, and overall sprint health
- Coordinate with cross functional teams, including UX, QA, DevOps, and content authors, to ensure seamless delivery
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous Agile maturity within the team
- Ensure all deliverables align with AEM architectural standards, governance frameworks, and performance benchmarks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- 3+ years of hands on experience supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects and working on enterprise scale digital or CMS programs
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including components, templates, and workflows
- Experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint etc.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast paced, cross functional environments
- Background in marketing technology or content management platforms
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment across teams
- Proven ability to coordinate complex delivery efforts across multiple stakeholders and functions

Salary Range
- The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 70,000 to 95,652
