- Evaluate PLM capabilities, integrations, and current processes; identify pain points and draft logical data models
- Gather business needs including licenses, trainings, and impacted processes
- Define requirements and selection criteria for new PLM tools
- Conduct business process fit gap analysis and identify solution gaps
- Map AS IS processes and define use case scenarios
- Adjust broken processes impacted by tool change
- Conduct acceptance testing and validation before deployments
- Conduct training for new features and onboard end users
- Identify optimization opportunities and write 'to be' processes and system requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
- 3 8 years of experience
- Hands on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter, or Windchill
- Experience in feature/process level fit gap analysis for applications used in ground/flight testing
- Understanding of business process modeling and analysis tools
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

About the Job
- Capgemini Engineering is seeking a PLM Functional Analyst to join the team in Montreal, QC (Hybrid).
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing PLM solutions (3DEXPERIENCE preferred) for clients.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align PLM implementations with client business objectives.
Your Role

Compensation
- Base compensation range: CAD 62,874 CAD 147,504 per year.
- Additional compensation may include variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions.
