Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices; certification (CSM, PSM) is a plus
- Experience implementing Agile frameworks from scratch is highly preferred
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills

Overview
