- Proficiency in IPM tools (PROSPER, GAP, MBAL), PIPESIM, and OFM
- Experience with digital oil field technologies and real time production surveillance
- Knowledge of decline curve analysis and production forecasting
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Self motivated, organized, analytical, and able to handle multiple priorities
