- Administer and support the SCCM environment for software deployment, patch management, and endpoint configuration
- Design, test, and implement SCCM configurations to improve application delivery and system update processes
- Monitor SCCM performance, identify issues, and optimize deployment efficiency and reliability
- Create, package, and deploy software applications, operating system updates, and security patches
- Troubleshoot SCCM related issues, including client installation, software deployment failures, patch compliance, and reporting
- Work closely with IT teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective endpoint management solutions
- Maintain documentation for SCCM configurations, deployment procedures, and infrastructure changes
- Ensure systems remain compliant with organizational security and operational standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance deployment and management processes
Requirements
- Strong hands on experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Experience managing software deployment, patch management, and endpoint administration
- Good understanding of Windows Client and Windows Server administration
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting
- Experience with software packaging and deployment methodologies
- Familiarity with compliance monitoring and reporting tools
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within an enterprise IT environment
- 5 10+ years of experience in program management
