Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
- Strong familiarity with online communities, particularly Discord, Reddit, and/or X (Twitter), with prior moderation experience preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills with a warm, accessible, and engaging tone.
- Comfort hosting live events, voice chats, and interactive community sessions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to experiment, iterate, and improve community engagement strategies.
- Genuine interest in biotechnology, life sciences, and scientific research communities.

Role Overview
- This role is focused on building and nurturing a global community of scientists, researchers, and biotech enthusiasts within an innovative decentralized science ecosystem.
- You will be responsible for creating engaging spaces where scientific collaboration, discussion, and discovery can thrive, particularly across Discord and other online platforms.
- The position blends community building, science communication, and event hosting, with a strong emphasis on fostering meaningful connections between researchers and emerging voices in biotech.
