Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced School Bus Driver to safely transport students between their homes and school while maintaining a safe, punctual, and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to and from school according to the assigned route and schedule.
- Follow all UAE traffic laws and school transportation regulations.
- Conduct daily vehicle safety checks before and after each trip.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the school bus.
- Ensure students board and exit the bus safely.
- Maintain discipline and a safe environment inside the bus.
- Report accidents, vehicle defects, delays, or other incidents immediately.
- Follow the approved bus route and designated pick-up/drop-off points.
- Maintain accurate attendance and student transportation records when required.
- Communicate professionally with school staff, parents, and students.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow school safety procedures.
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license suitable for the assigned school bus.
- Previous school bus, staff bus, or heavy vehicle driving experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.
- Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safety.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, responsible, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to work according to school timings and assigned schedules.
- Relevant UAE school bus driver permits/certifications, where applicable.
