- Support the development of new ideas and development processes
Requirements
- Strong interest in fragrances, consumer products, market trends, and innovation
- Good communication skills with ability to describe observations and collaborate effectively
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about consumer preferences, fragrance technologies, and industry trends
- Basic understanding of market research and consumer insights
- Ability to analyze information and support development of creative solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or currently pursuing) in Perfumery, Chemistry, Consumer Science, Marketing, Product Development, Life Sciences, or related field
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

- The role is based in our Scent Creative Center in Dubai.
