Role Overview
HTC Global Services is hiring an experienced SAP OpenText VIM Consultant.
The role is a six-month contract in the UAE and is described as onsite.
The consultant will deliver invoice automation solutions in enterprise SAP environments.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead implementation, configuration, and support of OpenText Vendor Invoice Management solutions.
- Design invoice workflows, approval processes, exception handling, and document management.
- Integrate VIM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI, SAP MM, and other relevant SAP modules.
- Participate in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration projects involving VIM.
- Configure and support OCR-based invoice capture and workflow automation.
- Perform functional analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
Project and Support Activities
- Support SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization activities.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user documentation.
- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend improvements to automation and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Technical, and Basis teams.
