Role Overview
HTC Global Services is hiring a Technical IT Project Manager specializing in Flight Operations and Crew Management.
This is a one-year extendable contract based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and the role is onsite.
The role leads cross-functional teams delivering critical airline applications and infrastructure changes.
Project Delivery
- Own end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of Flight Operations and Crew Operations IT projects.
- Translate operational business needs into technical requirements with architects, developers, and third-party vendors.
- Manage scope, technical dependencies, operational risks, and blockers to support on-time, on-budget delivery.
Governance and Release Management
- Ensure IT modifications follow corporate governance, cybersecurity policies, and aviation regulatory standards including FAA, EASA, and GCAA.
- Oversee code progression through UAT, pre-production, and production environments.
- Verify automated testing, rollback plans, and smoke tests before deployment.
- Prepare change records and present deployments at Change Advisory Board meetings.
