Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or another related field is required.
- The role requires 8–12 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in taxation, accounting, and auditing is required.
- English is required; Arabic is optional.
Responsibilities
- Work with SAP Tax and Revenue Management and, desirably, SAP Public Sector Collection and Disbursement.
- Support taxpayer registration, return filing and assessment, payments and collections, refunds, deregistration, notifications, configuration, and revenue management.
- Integrate SAP solutions with third-party systems.
- Build in-depth knowledge of assigned technologies and understand relevant business processes.
- Prepare business requirements documentation.
- Conduct business impact analysis and due diligence assessments.
- Coordinate with clients and SAP or Microsoft system-implementation vendor teams.
- Conduct training for end users through top management.
- Manage projects and ensure deliverable quality.
- Transform business requirements into solutions across different SAP modules.
Competencies
- Knowledge of software testing using automation and manual methods within the software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Clear and effective communication, teamwork, creativity, innovation, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
