Job Overview
Seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Expert with hands-on expertise across Employee Central, Time Off, Employee Central Payroll, Performance and Goals Management, and SuccessFactors integrations.
The role covers solution design, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and end-to-end delivery across SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Configure Time Off time types, time accounts, profiles, calendars, schedules, accruals, and business rules.
- Support KSA, UAE, and multi-country Employee Central Payroll requirements.
- Configure and troubleshoot Payroll Control Records and Payroll Schemas.
- Develop cross-module integrations across SuccessFactors modules and integrate SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA.
- Use SAP Integration Suite or Cloud Integration to design and implement integrations.
- Define mappings, troubleshoot interface failures, and ensure reliable data synchronization.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders on scalable solutions.
- Lead workshops, prepare specifications and test materials, and support SIT and UAT.
- Manage cutover, deployment, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Provide project-team guidance and promote SAP best practices.
