The Role
Leads a high-visibility digital transformation program migrating a legacy Oracle EBS ecosystem across more than 100 legal entities to SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud through RISE.
Acts as the client-side Enterprise Architect, owning the blueprint, governing System Integrators, and enforcing Clean Core architecture.
Location and Schedule
- The role is based in Dubai and requires five days in the office.
Architecture and Governance
- Lead Clean Core and SAP BTP enterprise architecture strategy, including transient-state planning and side-by-side extensions.
- Manage third-party System Integrator deliverables, scope containment, and design quality.
- Drive business units toward SAP Best Practices and fit-to-standard adoption over legacy customizations.
- Govern global master data management, UAE PDPL compliance, and unified reporting through SAP Datasphere and Power BI.
Experience
- 15 to 18 or more years of total IT experience, including at least 8 years leading client-side SAP S/4HANA architectures.
- Proven experience delivering complex Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA transformations.
