Role Overview

Clean Core and BTP

• Lead enterprise architecture strategy and transient-state planning.
• Use SAP BTP for side-by-side extensions.
• Enforce a strict Clean Core architecture.

System Integrator Oversight

• Manage third-party System Integrator deliverables, scope containment, and design quality.

Fit-to-Standard

• Drive business units toward SAP Best Practices and fit-to-standard adoption over legacy customizations.

Data and Analytics

• Govern global master data management through ChainSys.
• Oversee UAE PDPL compliance.
• Govern unified reporting through SAP Datasphere and Power BI.

Experience

• 15 to 18 or more years of total IT experience.
• At least 8 years leading client-side SAP S/4HANA architectures.
• Proven experience with complex Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA transformations.

Technical Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of S/4HANA Cloud through RISE, SAP Activate, BTP, CPI, Datasphere, and core modules including FICO, MM, SD, PS, Ariba, and SuccessFactors.
• Experience with GCC statutory mandates such as UAE Corporate Tax, WPS, and e-invoicing is good to have.

Education and Certifications

• A bachelor's degree is required, while an Executive MBA is preferred.
• SAP Professional Certifications are required.
• TOGAF 9, PMP, PRINCE2, or Cloud Architect certifications are preferred.

Leadership

• Strong CXO-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills are required.
