About the Role
Pansoft Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced SAP HR SuccessFactors Expert for a full-time, on-site role in Riyadh.

Responsibilities
- Lead SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors implementation, enhancement, and support projects
- Analyze client HR business processes and translate requirements into effective SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions
- Configure, customize, and optimize SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management)
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, ECP, PMGM, RCM, ONB)
- Develop test strategies, prepare test scenarios, and coordinate system integration, user acceptance, and regression testing
- Provide expert level production support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and other enterprise applications
- Stay up to date with SAP product enhancements, industry best practices, and emerging HR technology trends
- Support clients throughout project lifecycles from requirements gathering to post go live support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- At least 8 years of proven experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors consulting roles
- Strong expertise in SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, and Time Management
- Hands on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, PMGM, ONB, RCM
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management including Calibration, 360 and good knowledge in CDP and Succession Planning
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with integrations between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and other enterprise systems
- Relevant SAP certifications for HCM and SuccessFactors are highly desirable

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role for a SAP HR SuccessFactors Expert, based in Riyadh.
- The role involves implementing and managing SAP HR SuccessFactors solutions, aligning HR processes with business needs, and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management including Calibration, 360 and good knowledge in CDP and Succession Planning
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8 years of hands on experience in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors consulting.
- Strong experience in SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, and Time Management.
- Hands on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Performance & Goal Management, Recruiting Management, and Onboarding.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management (PMGM), including Calibration and 360 Reviews, with good knowledge of Career Development Planning (CDP) and Succession Planning.
- Experience integrating SAP HCM and SuccessFactors with other enterprise applications.
Work Environment & Conditions
- Work in a collaborative, fast paced consulting environment supporting regional and global clients.
- Participate in implementation, enhancement, and support engagements.
- May require occasional travel based on project requirements.
