- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET Framework / .NET Core
- Build and maintain cross platform mobile applications using Xamarin
- Develop and optimize XSLT transformations, XML workflows, and data integrations
- Create and maintain Crystal Reports, ensuring accuracy and performance
- Design and implement microservices based architectures
- Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs and integration layers
- Work heavily with Oracle and PostgreSQL, including writing complex queries, procedures, and optimization
- Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Provide second line and third line technical support for business users
Requirements
- Strong expertise in .NET / .NET Core, Xamarin, XSLT, XML processing, Crystal Reports, Oracle & PostgreSQL databases, microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Git, branching strategies, and release management
- Hands on experience with cloud deployments (Azure preferred)
- Strong business analysis capabilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience in customer facing roles and production support
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Key Responsibilities Software Development & Architecture
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET Framework / .NET Core.
- Build and maintain cross platform mobile applications using Xamarin.
- Develop and optimize XSLT transformations, XML workflows, and data integrations.

Key Responsibilities API & Integration
- Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs and integration layers.
- Ensure proper API design, documentation, versioning, and lifecycle management.
- Integrate applications with internal and external systems using industry standard protocols.
Key Responsibilities Database Engineering
- Work heavily with Oracle and PostgreSQL, including writing complex queries, procedures, and optimization.
- Ensure data integrity, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of database related issues.
Key Responsibilities DevOps, Cloud & CI/CD
- Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Support deployments across environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Production).
- Monitor performance and implement improvements for cloud hosted applications.
Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Customer Support
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Perform detailed impact analysis, feasibility studies, and solution design.
- Provide second line and third line technical support for business users.
- Drive issue resolution, root cause analysis, and provide long term solutions.
Key Responsibilities Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with product owners, QA, DevOps, and cross functional teams.
- Communicate progress, risks, and technical challenges effectively.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in: .NET / .NET Core, Xamarin (Mobile App Development), XSLT, XML processing, Crystal Reports, Oracle & PostgreSQL databases, Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Git, branching strategies, and release management.
- Hands on experience with cloud deployments (Azure preferred).
