SAP & IT Manager – FMCG

Role Overview

SAP Business One

• Manage SAP Business One implementation, customization, upgrades, integrations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Work across finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, production, MRP, and reporting modules.
• Manage add-ons, APIs, integrations, Crystal Reports, dashboards, and third-party applications.
• Maintain master data, authorizations, approval workflows, controls, and transactional accuracy.
• Improve order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, warehouse, production planning, MRP, and finance processes.

IT Infrastructure and Security

• Lead servers, networks, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi, backups, cloud services, and disaster recovery.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory, endpoint security, and user access controls.
• Develop cybersecurity policies, backup procedures, access controls, and IT governance standards.
• Manage laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, CCTV, IP telephony, and other IT assets.

Leadership and Planning

• Manage vendors, implementation partners, consultants, software providers, and IT service providers.
• Lead the internal IT team and resolve business-critical SAP and IT issues promptly.
• Prepare policies, SOPs, business continuity plans, disaster recovery procedures, budgets, CAPEX/OPEX requirements, license plans, roadmaps, and reports.
• Work with senior management to improve operational efficiency through SAP Business One, automation, and technology.

Requirements

• Ability to lead and manage an SAP Business One environment and associated IT operations.
• Experience with SAP Business One implementation, customization, upgrades, integrations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of SAP Business One processes and modules covering finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, production, MRP, and reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements from finance, sales, supply chain, procurement, warehouse, and production teams into SAP solutions.
• Experience managing infrastructure, networks, security, cloud services, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory, endpoint security, and access controls.
• Ability to lead an internal IT team and manage vendors, implementation partners, consultants, and service providers.
• Ability to prepare IT budgets, CAPEX/OPEX requirements, license plans, technology roadmaps, and management reports.
