Role Overview
Wellversed is seeking a detail-oriented Stock and Inventory Professional.
The role manages purchase, sales and stock data, accurate invoicing and financial reconciliation across systems.
The position requires 1–3 years of experience and hands-on expertise in SAP and Excel or Google Sheets.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily SAP inventory transactions, including GRNs, goods issues and stock transfers.
- Maintain SKU-, batch- and location-level inventory for raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods in SAP.
- Track inward movements, consumption, production output and dispatch activities.
- Post finished-goods receipts based on production output and bills of materials.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality Assurance for validation.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams on dispatch postings and document verification.
- Conduct physical stock verification, reconcile variances and support adjustment entries.
- Manage inter-plant and inter-warehouse transfers and track in-transit inventory.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in SAP is required.
- Advanced ability to work with Excel and Google Sheets is required.
