About the Role
LanceSoft Middle East seeks an SAP GRC Functional Consultant for a 3-month contract in Abu Dhabi. The role involves leading end-to-end remediation of SAP GRC audit findings and establishing a sustainable access governance model.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of SAP GRC audit remediation lifecycle (~30 findings)
- Review and assess audit observations across SoD conflicts, ruleset and configuration gaps, role design issues, mitigation controls, and UAR/ARM process gaps
- Develop detailed remediation plan with timelines, dependencies, and milestones
- Act as single point of coordination across business process owners, Internal Controls (ICFR), Internal Audit, and D&T (SAP GRC/Security/Basis teams)
- Drive requirement clarification, business validation and approvals, resolution of dependencies and blockers, and risk acceptance decisions
- Execute remediation activities
Requirements
- 8+ years SAP Security / GRC experience
- Strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM)
- Proven experience in end to end audit remediation
- Strong stakeholder management across Business, Audit, and IT
- Experience in ICFR / ITGC environments

Objective
- Engage an experienced SAP GRC Functional Consultant to lead and drive end to end remediation of SAP GRC audit findings, ensuring timely, audit compliant closure (ICFR/ITGC) and establishment of a sustainable access governance model.
Scope of Services
