Responsibilities
- Manage end to end delivery of SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, Compensation, LMS, Onboarding)
- Lead system configuration, testing, validation, and deployment of SuccessFactors enhancements and new functionalities
- Collaborate with HR leaders, business units, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional system designs
- Act as the primary liaison between HR operations, technical teams, and external implementation partners
- Identify risks related to system configuration, integrations, or data integrity and develop proactive mitigation plans
- Lead the resolution of functional issues and coordinate with technical teams where required
- Develop change management and communication plans to ensure smooth adoption of new SuccessFactors features and releases
- Coordinate and support training programs for HR teams and end users to enhance system knowledge and utilization
- Manage budgets related to SuccessFactors projects, licensing, and consulting services
- Oversee resource allocation, ensuring optimal use of internal teams and external consultants
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
- Ensure configurations and system changes meet functional requirements and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (implied by job nature)
- Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, Compensation, LMS, Onboarding)
- Experience in end to end implementation and support of SuccessFactors
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in risk management and issue resolution
- Knowledge of change management and training coordination

Job Specific Accountabilities SuccessFactors Solution Delivery
- Manage end to end delivery of SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, Compensation, LMS, Onboarding, etc.)
- Lead system configuration, testing, validation, and deployment of SuccessFactors enhancements and new functionalities.
- Ensure system solutions align with business processes, HR strategies, and global SuccessFactors best practices.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with HR leaders, business units, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional system designs.
- Act as the primary liaison between HR operations, technical teams, and external implementation partners.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide consistent updates on system performance, enhancements, and project progress.
Risk and Issue Management
- Identify risks related to system configuration, integrations, or data integrity and develop proactive mitigation plans.
- Lead the resolution of functional issues and coordinate with technical teams where required.
- Maintain a functional risk register and conduct regular reviews with HR and IT leadership.
Change Management and Communication
- Develop change management and communication plans to ensure smooth adoption of new SuccessFactors features and releases.
- Coordinate and support training programs for HR teams and end users to enhance system knowledge and utilization.
- Communicate major system changes, release updates, and enhancement impacts to stakeholders.
Budget and Resource Management
- Manage budgets related to SuccessFactors projects, licensing, and consulting services.
- Oversee resource allocation, ensuring optimal use of internal teams and external consultants.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Quality Assurance
- Ensure configurations and system changes meet functional requirements and quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits, regression testing, and post implementation reviews to ensure solution stability.
- Promote adherence to SAP SuccessFactors governance, data accuracy, and HR compliance requirements.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track SuccessFactors performance metrics, system usage, and user adoption to identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Recommend enhancements to HR processes, user experience, and system functionalities based on performance insights.
