Role Description

  • The SAP Functional Analyst (S/4HANA Implementation & Support) is a full time, on site role based in the United Arab Emirates.
  • Focuses on analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and designing functional solutions in SAP S/4HANA, with particular emphasis on materials management and related modules.
  • Day to day responsibilities include configuring SAP, preparing functional specifications, supporting testing activities, and collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues, optimize system usage, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare documentation, train end users, and ensure adherence to best practices and company standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret business needs, identify gaps, and propose effective SAP based solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business process understanding and design, especially within supply chain and automotive spare parts operations.
  • Hands on experience with SAP configuration, preferably in S/4HANA, including setup, customization, and integration with relevant modules.
  • Proficiency in business analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Practical knowledge of Materials Management (MM) processes such as procurement, inventory management, and vendor management within SAP.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; SAP certification in S/4HANA or MM is an advantage.
  • Experience in large scale SAP implementations or rollouts, preferably in the automotive or distribution industry.
  • Strong problem solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work collaboratively with cross functional teams on site.
