Responsibilities
- Be responsible for daily operation and maintenance of SAP FICO module, including troubleshooting and problem solving
- Coordinate with business departments to collect FICO related requirements, assist in module configuration optimization and process sorting
- Participate in SAP system upgrade, patch installation, data migration and other projects
- Compile FICO operation and maintenance documents and operation manuals
- Conduct user training and guide junior operation and maintenance personnel
- Cooperate in completing operation and maintenance review and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proficient in core functions of SAP FICO module (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting)
- More than 3 years of SAP FICO operation and maintenance experience
- Familiar with financial business processes
- Able to independently handle common faults and configuration adjustments of FICO module
- Understand SAP system architecture, familiar with SAP Notes application and patch installation process
- Have basic system testing and go live support capabilities
- Good communication and coordination skills and team collaboration awareness
- Strong sense of responsibility and problem solving ability

Job Summary
- Our client is a diversified services provider into Marine Services & Maritime Logistics, General Contracting & Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and is hiring Operation and Maintenance in Dammam Location.
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the SAP FICO module (Financial Accounting, Management Accounting), including troubleshooting and problem solving of related functions such as account processing, cost accounting, and report generation, to ensure the stable operation of the mo
- Coordinate with business departments to collect FICO related requirements, assist in module configuration optimization and process sorting, improve financial operation and maintenance efficiency, and meet business compliance requirements.
- Participate in SAP system upgrade, patch installation, data migration and other projects, be responsible for FICO module related testing, go live support and subsequent operation and maintenance guarantee.
- Compile FICO operation and maintenance documents and operation manuals, conduct user training, guide junior operation and maintenance personnel, and cooperate in completing operation and maintenance review and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proficient in the core functions of the SAP FICO module, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, etc., with more than 3 years of SAP FICO operation and maintenance experience.
- Familiar with financial business processes, able to independently handle common faults and configuration adjustments of the FICO module, and have certain requirements analysis and problem positioning capabilities.
- Understand the SAP system architecture, be familiar with SAP Notes application and patch installation process, and have basic system testing and go live support capabilities.
- Have good communication and coordination skills and team collaboration awareness, be able to respond quickly to business needs, and have strong sense of responsibility and problem solving ability.
