A leading gasification and power production facility in Jizan seeks an SAP ERP Functional Analyst to lead maintenance planning and scheduling processes. The role requires 8-12 years of SAP PM experience, configuration skills, and expertise in asset management.

Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and improve end to end enterprise asset management processes.
- Configure, maintain, and enhance EAM modules to support maintenance, reliability, and operations.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate into functional specifications.
- Ensure high quality master data for equipment, functional locations, BOMs, task lists, and maintenance plans.
- Support creation, optimization, and automation of maintenance plans and work orders.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for maintenance and operations users.
- Build dashboards, KPIs, and reports for maintenance performance.
- Perform data migration using LSMW, BAPIs, or BDCs.
- Monitor and resolve tickets in support systems like ServiceNow or JIRA.
- Ensure maintenance documentation and processes comply with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support new technologies such as mobile maintenance, IoT sensors, and predictive maintenance.
- Participate in or lead EAM related projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent
- SAP PM Certification
- 8 12 years of experience as SAP PM Consultant
- Experience configuring and customizing SAP PM module
- Experience with integration of SAP PM with MM, QM, CO
- Knowledge of reliability centered maintenance (RCM) or TPM methodologies
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps
- ABAP debugging experience

Main Purpose of the Position
- To lead and optimize maintenance planning and scheduling processes, ensuring reliability and efficiency of assets, while mentoring teams and driving continuous improvement in a gasification and power production facility.
Job Objectives
- Optimize Asset Management Processes: Analyze, design, and improve end to end enterprise asset management processes.
- Support and enhance the EAM System: Configure, maintain, and enhance EAM modules to support maintenance, reliability, and operations.
- Partner With Business Stakeholders: Engage with maintenance, reliability, engineering, supply chain, EHSS, operations, and finance teams to understand requirements.
- Drive Master Data Excellence: Ensure high quality master data for equipment, functional locations, BOMs, task lists, and maintenance plans.
- Improve Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Efficiency: Support creation, optimization, and automation of maintenance plans and work orders.
- Support Change Management & User Adoption: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions.
- Enable Reporting and Performance Analytics: Build dashboards, KPIs, and reports for maintenance performance.
- Ensure Compliance & Audit Readiness: Ensure maintenance documentation and processes are compliant.
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement and Digital Transformation: Support new technologies such as mobile maintenance, IoT sensors, predictive maintenance.
- Support Project Delivery: Participate in or lead EAM related projects.
Formal Qualifications/Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information system or equivalent Essential
- SAP PM Certification: Certified SF PM/EAM Consultant Essential
- Advanced certifications or masteral in IT Management preferred Preferred
Job Related Work Experience
- 8 12 Years of work experience as SAP PM Consultant working with ERP teams supporting plant maintenance activities through SAP.
- Experience in configuring, customizing, and supporting the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module, including integration with MM, QM, CO, and other relevant modules.
