Role Overview
The consultant will shape customer experience solutions that connect business needs with SAP capabilities.
The role works across functional and technical stakeholders on solution design, system improvement, and operational continuity.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP C4C solutions.
- Configure and maintain SAP C4C functionalities, workflows, and business processes.
- Support SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities.
- Support integrations between SAP C4C and other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams on APIs, middleware, and integration requirements.
- Troubleshoot incidents, service requests, and production issues.
- Deliver enhancements, testing, deployments, and releases.
- Participate in UAT and support defect resolution.
- Prepare functional documentation and support knowledge transfer.
