Role Overview
Müller's Solutions is seeking a SAP Basis Consultant to support client SAP systems.
The role focuses on administration, maintenance, performance, reliability, and SAP landscape support.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain SAP development, test, and production environments.
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain SAP system availability and reliability.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as needed.
- Use SAP tools for transport management and client administration.
- Implement and manage backups and recovery plans to protect client data.
- Support system implementations and migrations with functional teams.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and changes.
- Participate in on-call rotations for urgent system issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of SAP Basis administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of SAP installation, configuration, and monitoring.
- Familiarity with Oracle, SQL Server, or SAP HANA database systems.
- Experience with Linux and Windows in SAP environments.
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Willingness to learn new SAP technologies and best practices.
- SAP certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
