Sanitation Lead

Ditsch USA is looking for a Sanitation Lead at our Kemper location in Cincinnati, OH. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with sanitation, food manufacturing, production, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience who enjoys leading by example and helping maintain a clean, safe, food-safe environment.

Pay: $22.50 - $24.50/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Thursday with Fridays as needed

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead and assist with daily sanitation activities on the production floor, including equipment cleaning, documentation, inspections, food safety requirements, and keeping the facility ready for production.

Lead and complete daily facility sanitation and custodial duties

Clean and sanitize production areas, equipment, floors, walls, bins, trays, and work areas

Disassemble, clean, sanitize, rinse, and reassemble production equipment and lines

Use sanitation equipment such as floor scrubbers, sweepers, vacuums, mops, and power washers

Follow sanitation schedules, GMPs, SQF expectations, food safety standards, and lockout/tagout procedures

Train team members on proper chemical use, handling, and storage

Complete inspections, cleaning records, sanitation documentation, and micro swabbing/testing as needed
