Project Manager

Support continuous improvement efforts by documenting lessons learned and recommending process enhancements

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and communication

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum of 3 years of project management or project coordination experience

Experience in manufacturing, construction, commercial construction, engineering, automation, industrial, or related environments strongly preferred

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate activities across multiple departments

Experience managing project schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, and resource planning

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment, medical device industry, or similar setting

PMP certification or progress toward certification

Experience managing equipment, engineering, manufacturing, product development, or installation projects

Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, ERP systems, or similar tools

Knowledge of project budgeting, change management, and cost tracking

Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies

Strong leadership, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
