About the Role
OSL Retail Services is seeking a passionate Samsung Sales Associate for a new Samsung Experience Store in Calgary. You will drive sales of wireless devices, tablets, wearables, and home automation while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Generate and promote sales of wireless devices, tablets, wearables, home automation, televisions, accessories and services
- Act as a brand ambassador for Samsung
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service and build relationships by maintaining advanced knowledge of all Samsung products
- Uncover customer needs through skilled questions, perception, and empathy while educating consumers on Samsung products
- Guide customers with ease through the Samsung experience using knowledge of store design
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, ideally with luxury & experiential consumer brands
- Wireless sales experience a strong asset
- High level of interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Detail oriented and results focused with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective decision maker and problem solver with strong customer service orientation
- Ability to drive sales and offer excellent service while achieving store standards
- Flexible to work beyond traditional business hours, holidays, evenings and weekends
