Role Overview
Salon Supervisor responsible for daily operations, client service, staff performance, efficiency, sales targets, brand standards, hygiene, and discipline.
Daily Operations
- Supervise daily salon activities and opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor appointment scheduling and staff allocation.
- Resolve client complaints professionally.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and municipality standards are followed.
Team Supervision
- Supervise hairdressers, nail technicians, therapists, and receptionists.
- Monitor punctuality, grooming, and performance and conduct daily briefings.
- Support training and development, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Implement commission and incentive structures.
Sales and Revenue
- Monitor daily sales targets and upsell retail and service packages.
- Track conversion rate, average bill, and retail ratio KPIs.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Reduce wastage and control back-bar usage.
Customer Experience
- Maintain luxury service standards and VIP client relations.
- Handle Google and Instagram reviews.
- Ensure the consultation process is followed.
Inventory and Cost Control
- Monitor stock levels and conduct monthly inventory checks.
- Prevent product misuse or theft and coordinate with suppliers.
Administration and Compliance
- Prepare daily cash reconciliations and monitor petty cash.
- Submit performance reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with MOHRE requirements and salon policies.
Requirements
- At least one year of supervisory experience is required.
- High school education or equivalent is preferred.
- Arabic language ability is preferred.

- Work location is in person.
