Job Summary
Oversee daily salon operations, client service, staff performance, operational efficiency, and sales target achievement.
Maintain brand standards, hygiene protocols, team discipline, and salon compliance requirements.
Daily Operations
- Supervise day-to-day salon activities and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor appointment scheduling, staff allocation, client complaints, hygiene, safety, and municipality standards.
Team Supervision
- Supervise hairdressers, nail technicians, therapists, and receptionists.
- Monitor punctuality, grooming, and performance; conduct briefings; motivate staff; and support training and development.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding and implement commission and incentive structures.
Sales and Revenue
- Monitor daily sales targets, upsell retail and service packages, and track conversion rate, average bill, and retail ratio KPIs.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports, reduce wastage, and control back-bar usage.
Customer Experience
- Ensure luxury service standards and maintain VIP client relations.
- Handle Google and Instagram reviews and ensure the consultation process is followed.
Inventory and Administration
- Monitor stock levels, conduct monthly inventory checks, prevent product misuse or theft, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Prepare daily cash reconciliation, monitor petty cash, submit performance reports, and ensure compliance with MOHRE and salon policies.
Requirements
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Arabic language proficiency.
Work Location
- The role is full-time and performed in person.
