Requirements
- 3–5+ years experience managing a salon or luxury hospitality space
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Experience with booking systems (FRESHA)
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and solution focused
- Sales driven with strong business awareness

- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation meet boutique standards
- Supervise, motivate, and schedule nail technicians and front desk staff

- Foster a positive, respectful, and high performance team culture
- Monitor daily revenue, KPIs, and retail sales performance
- Implement strategies to increase average spend and retention

Ideal Candidate
- 3–5+ years experience managing a salon or luxury hospitality space
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
