Massage Therapist (Thai Massage)

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Perform authentic Thai massage treatments to the highest professional standards.
• Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable treatments and wellness programs.
• Ensure client comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout each treatment.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and linens according to hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes when required.
• Promote additional wellness services and retail products where appropriate.
• Deliver a warm, welcoming, and professional guest experience at all times.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices.

Requirements

• Certified qualification in Traditional Thai Massage from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa, wellness center, hotel spa, or massage clinic.
• Strong knowledge of Thai massage techniques, body mechanics, and anatomy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of other massage modalities (Deep Tissue, Swedish, Aromatherapy, Sports Massage, Reflexology) is preferred.
