- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
- Visit assigned customers according to the approved route plan
- Develop strong relationships with store managers and key decision makers
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in stores
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand distribution
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions within the market
- Execute promotional activities and trade initiatives as directed
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
- Submit daily sales reports and market feedback
- Maintain company standards and policies while representing the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 4–6 years of FMCG sales experience
- Experience in Discount Channel accounts
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driving license
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
